Colorless transparent liquid.a kind of acyl amine,has the general chemical property with acyl amine.Its water solution is apt to hydrolysis and produce morpholine andformic acid on terms that alkali or the acid exist,its water solution is alkalescence,un-causticity.

Application

This product is the best extraction solvent for a petroleum aromatics device;mix solution made of N-formyl morpholine and Morpholine(1:1) is the extraction solvent for the butanone device.Used asmethyl acyl reagent in the filed of fine chemistry industry too.

　　N-Formylmorpholine,not only has steady chemical properties,innocuity and un-causticity, but also because of the particularty of its structure, it can dissolve with fat hydrocarbon, arene and water.After dissolving the relative of the arene has reduced greatly,so,we can retrieve the arene with the distillation, the purity of the extractive benzene can be up to 99.9%,the purity of the toluene can be up to 99.7%,the purity of the xyol can be up to 99.0%.It has good selectivity,hot stability,chemical stability,innocuity and un-causticity .It is a solvent used most extensively at present for recovery arene.
