Application

TXIB is an environmentally friendly, efficient and non-toxic new type of special plasticizer and viscosity reducer without benzene ring, Chemical Name is 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate, Widely used in various PVC paste resin products, including PVC gloves, toys, floor leather, artificial leather, etc.

TXIB can be used as a special plasticizer to provide better anti-fouling effect and a drier and more beautiful surface in application, and increase the anti-wear ability of the surface layer, improve foaming resilience, and make the surface of the product less prone to scratches. It can also be mixed with other plasticizers, as an auxiliary plasticizer to improve the strength of the product, and as a viscosity reducer to reduce the viscosity of the solution, while increasing the stability of the solution viscosity, keeping the appearance of the finished product smooth and beautiful.
